As a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in Tennessee since 2016, specializing in integrative and results-driven care tailored to your unique wellness goals. I received my initial education in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy at Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville, North Carolina and went on to study Orthopedic Massage with Whitney Lowe at the Academy of Clinical Massage. I am national board certified in Clinical Rehab Massage. In addition, I have completed continuing education in multiple treatment modalities, pain management, and muscular and nerve disorders.
